Patricia A. Kramer

Pat Kramer brings more than 25 years experience to The Webster Group in the areas of program management, marketing, communications and nonprofit fundraising. Additionally, she has experience in meeting and event planning for corporate, government and nonprofit clients from concept development through post-event follow up and evaluation.

She successfully works to develop and manage budgets in order to achieve highest return through income maximization and expense savings. Ms. Kramer has written marketing and development plans; marketing, program, and press materials; briefings and remarks; and developed power point presentations for a variety of programs, meetings and events. She has worked on corporate program development to assist corporations reach their target audiences and managed the implementation of the plans through events and programs. Additionally, she has planned and executed high-level travel weekends, coordinating all aspects of three and four day excursions to include hotel and dining arrangements, private "behind the scenes" touring and special guest lectures and programs.

Previously Ms. Kramer was the director of development and communications for several contemporary visual arts presenters; associate director of corporate sponsorship for the Boston Symphony, Boston Pops and Tanglewood; director of institutional giving for the Washington National Opera and director of donor relations at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Webster Group organizations and clients with which she has worked include Chesapeake Crescent Initiative, Eisenhower Memorial Commission, the Lupus Foundation of America, Naval Special Warfare Foundation, the PenFed Foundation and Points of Light Institute.

Ms. Kramer holds a Master’s in Arts Management from the University of Akron and a BBS with minors in Marketing and Economics from Roanoke College. She has government certification and training in purchasing and contracting.
