Rachel Costas provides support to The Webster Group’s event planning, production and fundraising teams and manages The Webster Group’s social media endeavors. In this capacity, Ms. Costas assists with fundraising outreach and research, on-site logistical support and The Webster Group’s online communications. At The Webster Group, Ms. Costas has been involved with fundraising and event management for clients including Teach For America, The Lab School of Washington, Chesapeake Crescent Initiative and the American Red Cross.
Previously, Ms. Costas worked at the National Alliance to End Homelessness in Washington, DC. At the Alliance, Ms. Costas coordinated volunteers, conference materials, newsletters and transportation plans for a conference attended by more than 400 participants in Oakland, California.
A native Texan, Ms. Costas received a BA in Journalism from the University of Kansas with a minor in Communications. Currently, she resides in Washington, DC.
