The American Gaming Association’s Open House is a Big Win!

This spring, The Webster Group (TWG) was honored to work with the American Gaming Association (AGA) to produce an open house to showcase their new office space, in the District’s new “City Center.”

TWG coordinated the logistics of this event, including venue setup and catering through RSVP Catering. We worked with the AGA to develop an event entrance flow that would allow the guests to quickly make their way up to the reception in AGA’s new office space on the 7th floor. In their office space, we created an event space that accommodated the large amount of guests comfortably, and accounted for the space needed for the reception areas and hors d’oeuvre stations.

While at the reception, attendees noshed on both passed and displayed hors d’oeuvres while being escorted around the modern, new space. AGA originally expected no more than 75 attendees but their invited guests were so enthusiastic about supporting the organization that over 150 attendees came out for the open house.

The day before the event, the AGA decided that due to the increased interest they wanted to have professional photos taken. TWG secured DC-based photography studio ImageLink to shoot the open house. After the event concluded the AGA was left with not only memories of a spectacular evening, but great pictures of it too.

Thank you to the AGA for working with us on this event! We hope to work together again soon!
